FAQ

Bleed, DPI, CMYK, lead times — everything worth knowing before you order.

What file format do you accept?

Print-ready PDF only: 3 mm bleed, at least 300 DPI, CMYK colour space. Files in RGB, below 150 DPI or without bleed are not accepted for print until they are corrected.

What if my file doesn't meet the requirements?

The system checks your file automatically as you upload it. Critical errors — wrong format, no bleed, resolution too low, a Canva Premium watermark — stop the order there and then, and you get a clear message about what to fix. Small deviations, such as RGB instead of CMYK, we convert for you.

Why does my file from free Canva have a watermark?

That is Canva's own limit on exports from a free account for certain premium elements — not ours. The fix: use elements without the “Pro” mark, or move to Canva Pro while you prepare the artwork.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed by 11 AM on a working day ship the same day. Later than that, the next working day.

Which sizes are available?

Polish and European: 40×100 mm, A7, 80×100 mm, DL, A6, A5, A4, place card 100×60 mm. American: in inches, through a separate configurator. A3 is the largest size we run — bigger posters (A2 and up) are quoted separately and have their own lead time.

What paper do you offer?

White 300 gsm / 110 lb — smooth, matt, naturally white, the classic for elegant invitations. Tintoretto Gesso 300 g — an Italian art paper with a soft texture and a premium feel. Both are FSC certified.

Can I order fewer than 50?

The minimum is 50 pieces per product. Below that, handling costs far more than the order is worth — so we would rather give you an honest price at 50 than hide a surcharge in a smaller run.

Are you responsible for the content and rights to the artwork I send?

We don't verify where an uploaded file came from, much like any online printer. By placing an order you confirm that you hold the rights or the licence to the material you send. The full rules are in our Terms & Conditions.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Not automatically under the current self-serve model — the file you upload is the file we print. If you want a set of eyes on it first, write to us through the contact form.
